Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the instant petition may be disposed of directing Respondents No.2 & 3 to consider and decide the pending representation dated 14.12.2023 (Annexure P4) preferred by the Petitioner expeditiously. He further submits that any outer limit may also be fixed by this Court for the aforementioned purpose.
