Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation raising all the grounds as raised in this petition regarding her place of posting after promotion before respondent No.3/concerned counselling Committee and upon submission of the said representation, respondent No.3/concerned counselling Committee may be further directed to consider and decide the same as per Clause 3 of the Guidelines issued on 07.02.2022 by the School Education Department, State of Chhattisgarh,

within any stipulated period which may be fixed by this Court.

Learned State Counsel does not oppose the limited prayer made by learned Counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above submissions made by learned Counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, without going on merits of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation raising all the grounds as raised in this petition regarding her posting before respondent No.3/concerned counselling Committee and upon submission of the said representation, respondent No.3/concerned counselling Committee is further directed to consider and decide the same as per Clause 3 of the Guidelines issued on 07.02.2022 by the School Education Department, State of Chhattisgarh, within a period of ‘ 60 days ’ thereof.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
