The petitioners have grievance regarding the selection process undertaken by the respondent no.1 - Society. It is submitted that the representation has been addressed to the Director (Higher Education), Maharashtra State at Pune, which is annexed at page 59.
In the facts of the case, at this stage we are not inclined to interfere in the matter. The concerned authority is already approached by the petitioners.
PIL is accordingly disposed of.
