1] The learned counsel appearing for the fourth Respondent states that all the 31 allottees have been placed in possession of respective Galas allotted to them. We direct the fourth Respondent to supply the names and addresses of 31 allottees who are placed in

possession. We grant leave to amend the Petition for incorporating additional averments and prayers, for adding parties and for annexing additional documents. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week. Place the Petition on 30th July, 2014 in the category of “Fresh Matters”.
2] Shri A.M. Kulkarni represents 23 out of 31 allottees and he has filed Intervention Application. He takes notice of the Petition for the 23 allottees on whose behalf he has made application. Advocate for the Petitioners shall serve amended copy of the Petition to the Respondents. Advocate for the Petitioners shall serve private notice to rests of the allottees who are not represented by Shri Kulkarni. In view of this order, Civil Application No.90 of 2014 does not survive and the same is disposed of.
