Challenge in this petition is to the communication dated 25th July,2011 by which the Administrator was appointed to governing Gram Panchayat. It appears from the documents annexed to the reply of the State Government that term of the village panchayat has come to an end on 29th April,2013. Therefore, with the passage of time, the petition does not survive. The same is disposed of.
