1. This is an application for bail as the applicant is prosecuted for the offence under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code for committing murder of one Sandip Kharat. It is the case of the prosecution that one Kumar Maruti Vategavkar is the informant. He has informed that on 27.11.2013, in the morning, there was some verbal altercation between the informant and one Amol, who is one of the accused. Thereafter on the same day in the afternoon at around 2pm, there was a discussion between him and his associates in the meeting of the cooperative society as they wanted to settle their dispute. When he was taken for treatment in the hospital, he succumbed to injuries after 3 days i.e., 30.11.2013. The offence was registered at C.R. No.217 of 2013 of Islampur police station. Though initially the offence was registered under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, subsequently, section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was invoked.
