This is an application for relaxation of the conditions of bail which were imposed by the Sessions Court in its order dated 7.3.2014 whereby bail was granted to the applicant/accused. The applicant/accused is facing charges under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned Counsel for the applicant/accused submitted that the father of the applicant is above 80 years of age and he has agricultural land in his village, which is to be cultivated and he is the only male person the family. He has therefore prayed that he needs to enter into the village, which has been restrained by the order of the Sessions Court while granting bail on 7.3.2014.

The order of the Sessions Court is dated 7.3.2014. In the present case, the chargesheet is filed on 17.12.2013. The applicant/accused is out of his village and attending the police station at Pandharpur on every Monday from 10am to 1pm. He also prayed that he be allowed to enter his village Shegav Dumala. As the condition is imposed in March, 2014 restraining the applicant/accused from entering his village, the said condition is now relaxed. He is allowed to enter the village, however, he is directed to attend on every Monday between 10am to 11am at the Shegav Dumala police station, Pandharpur, for a period of two months from today.
