In this petition purporting to be Public Interest Litigation the petitioner trust has prayed for the following relief in respect of the examination conducted by respondent No.1-Maharashtra Public Service Commission during 1 to 3 September 2012 in respect of the 433 posts:-
“(b) that by the Honourable Court may by its orders and judgment be pleased to direct the Respondent No.1 to increase the number of marks of each candidate to the extent of the number of questions that have been cancelled from each of the question papers of the examination held between 1st to 3rd September, 2012 the particulars whereof are set out in the Exhibit “H” to the petition in terms of the impugned Second Key and
(c) that the result of the examination held by the Respondent No.1 between 1st to 3rd September, 2012 be declared;
