Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the State - respondent nos. 1, 2 and 5 and the learned counsel for the respondent no. 4.
the detailed interim order dated 11.6.2003 passed by the Division Bench of this Court. In paragraph 12 of the said order, it is observed thus:

"12. In view of the above facts and circumstances and keeping in view relevant provisions of law, notification and the alleged use of water i.e. sell of water for commercial purposes by respondent no. 4 coupled with the fact that the respondent no. 4 is refused advance notice, ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) is granted. Notice as to interim relief on the returnable date. Office will send notice alongwith ad-interim order. Over and above, Humdust be given to the petitioners to enable him to serve respondent no. 4."
