1.This petition has been circulated
before us for speaking to minutes seeking

correction of the appearance of the learned
counsel on behalf of the Respondents Nos.2 and 3.
It appears that inadvertently the name of
"R.R.Mantri" came to be typed as counsel
representing Respondent Nos.2 and 3 instead of
"Mrs.R.R.Mane" counsel for Respondent Nos.2 and
3.

2.In that light of the matter therefore,
we direct the Registry to carry out necessary
correction in the appearance on behalf of the
Respondent Nos.2 and 3. Certified copies if have
already been issued, be issued afresh after
carrying out the necessary correction.
