1] This is a public interest litigation wherein the petitioner, who is an Advocate, has submitted that because of excessive cricket matches being played at the instance of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), the Indian Cricketers are exhausted and future of youngsters is adversely affected as they continuously watch all matches. According to him, the matches are being played at the behest of CIA and CIA wants future of our young students to be ruined. The petitioner has, therefore, prayed that an enquiry be conducted under the Commission of Inquiry Act into the affairs of BCCI.
