2008, which had been disposed of on 13th March 2008. While rejecting the Petition, the learned Single Judge had observed that the inquiry proceedings should go on and if the Petitioner was aggrieved for any reason, he should make his grievance upon completion of the inquiry before the Appellate Forum. The said order has become final.
