Counsel appearing for the State submits that a notification under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act acquiring the land mentioned in the plan, which is the subject matter of the Writ Petition was issued on 6th September, 2007. He further states that the authorities are going to invite the objections under Section 5-A of the Act in accordance with law and would consider the same even after hearing the land owners. In view of the statement made, nothing survives in this Writ Petition. Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Petitioners, we dispose of this Petition with liberty to the Petitioners to file objections, if they so desire which shall be disposed of by the Government in

accordance with law and after hearing the Petitioners. The Writ
Petition is accordingly disposed of.
