There shall be a stay during the pendency of the Appeal of execution of the award subject to the condition that the State deposits 50% of the enhanced compensation which shall be paid to
the complainants upon their furnishing security for restoration. The amount to be deposited before the Reference Court. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
