that on 18th December 2005, the mother-in-law of the Learned Advocate for the Appellants expired at about 7.30 p.m. and since the funeral took place on 19th December 2005, he was unable to attend the Court on that day. The Civil Application has been served on the Respondent. There is no reply in opposition. The absence of the Advocate has been duly explained. The Civil Application is
accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
