1. This is an application for grant of bail. The
applicants are shown as an accused in C.R.No.I-128/2005
registered by Ghoti Police Station under Section 302,
504 read with 34 of the I.P.C. It appears that the
applicant had come to the hotel and had a quarrel with
one Nivruti for non supply of bhel. Then the deceased
intervened in the quarrel. He was held by two accused
and pushed by third one. As a result of which, he fell
down and his head said to have been held to the handle
of the door. The doctor who conducted the post mortem
has not opined the cause of death. There appears to be
no internal injury. The question of intention of the
applicants is important specially as there is no
previous motive. In this view of the matter, I am
inclined to grant bail to the applicants. In the

circumstances, it is directed that pending trial the
applicants may be released on bail in the sum of
Rs.15,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount
subject to the condition that they should report to the
Investigating Officer once in a fortnight on every first
and third Mondays till the disposal of the trial.
