1. This is an application for
grant of bail. The applicant is
shown as an accused in
C.R.No.2/2006 registered by
Kudal police station. The
deceased is the wife of the
present applicant and her name
was Namita. FIR indicates that
the applicant was in the past
demanding articles like
C.D.player and cash of
Rs.50,000/- for getting a job.
Namita expired on the night of
14.7.2006. The applicant was
present in the house at that
time. Post mortem notes
: 2 :
indicates antimortem bruises
over right infra-mandibular
supra-mandibular regions and
also over right pariotid and
right ear lobe. As observed by
the Sessions Court, the
possibility of death being
homicide cannot be ruled out.
In the circumstances, not a fit
case for bail. Rejected.
