1. This is an application for grant of
bail. The applicant is shown as an
accused in C.R.No.81/2005 registered by
G.B.C.B., C.I.D., Mumbai for offence
inter alia under Section 420 and 467 of
the I.P.C. The offence under Section
467 is punishable with life and is
a serious offence.
2. According to the complaint, the
complainant was persuaded to part with
amount of Rs.1,10,00,000/- by accused
persons. Out of the aforesaid amount,

some amount has been paid by Demand
Draft and Cheque. No amount is
recovered. The applicant does not
admit the receipt of any particular
sum. The record indicates that prior
to obtaining monies, some bogus
documents of the bank including bogus
bank guarantee executed on stamp paper
was created as if to show that the
State Bank of India was agreeable to
the disbursement of the loan. Nothing
to indicate that any effort is made by
the applicant to render the services.
Not a fit case for grant of
anticipatory bail. Hence, application
is rejected.
