1. This is an application for grant of
bail. The applicant is a lady and
mother-in-law of the deceased Neeta.
Deceased Neeta said to have committed
suicide. Suicide note absolved her
husband’s family. The present
applicant who is mother-in-law was
arrested on 24.4.2006 and is in custody
for about two months. There is a
allegation of payment of dowry against
the husband only. The husband was
already released on bail by the

taking into account of the fact that
the husband was released on bail, it is
directed that pending trial, the
applicant may be released on bail in
the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety
in the like amount subject to the
condition that she should report to the

called by the I.O. in writing.
