 1. This is an application for grant of bail. The

 applicant along with other persons are shown as accused
 in C.R.No.261 of 2005 registered by Chavdi Fauzdar
 Police Station, Solapur for offence punishable under
 Section-302, 201, 364, 365,368 and 120B of the I.P.C.

 The deceased in the case was a boy by name Rajesh. The
 main accused by names Revansiddha and Basavraj were the
 step uncles of the deceased Rajesh. On the death of

 father of deceased Rajesh dispute arouse about the

 running of the factory which was in joint management and
 therefore, accused are said to have conspired with other
 accused persons to kill Rajesh. Only evidence against

 the present applicant is that he was seen by the owner

¶15

 of a Dhaba alongside one Revansidda and other co accused

¶16

 Popat Mane, Chandrakant Shende and Malang Shende. He
 was thus seen while taking meals with the main accused.

 The Advocate for the applicant states that the main
 accused Basavraj Loni was granted bail. A.P.P. conceds
 this fact. Be that as it may, no other material is
 produced. In the circumstances, I am inclined to grant
 bail to the applicant. It is therefore, directed that
 pending trial the applicant may be released on bail in
 the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like
 amount subject to the condition that he should report to
 the Investigating Officer on every Monday till the
 disposal of the trial.
