1. This is an application for grant of bail. It
appears that the earlier application for grant of bail
was rejected by the Sessions Court when the charge sheet
was not filed. The applicant states that he was not
aware of the nature of the investigation conducted by
the police. Now he would like to file an application in
the Sessions Court since he had now received the copy of
the charge sheet. In the circumstances, with liberty to
file bail application in the Sessions Court, this
application is disposed of. It is made clear that, if
such an application is made before the Sessions Court,
the same may be decided on its own merits.
