. Mr. Patil, learned AGP states that the
petitioner has been paid his salary and necessary
order granting approval to the appointment of the
petitioner will be issued within a period of four
weeks. The Education Officer is present in the
Court and through the learned AGP tenders his
unconditional apology. We accept the apology and
drop the show cause notice issued vide order dated
26.7.2005. Petition stands disposed of.
