 . Heard parties.

 . The claim in this petition relates to time bound
 promotion. It appears that the petitioner’s claim
 was considered by the DPC in l996 and l998 but as
 departmental inquiry was pending against him his
 case was not cleared. In l999 the DPC did not
 clear him for time bound promotion because the C.Rs
 in respect of the petitioner for the last five
 years were below the prescribed standard. In the
 departmental inquiry the petitioner was found
 guilty and punishment was imposed on him. However
 the punishment was partly set aside by the tribunal
 in OA No.804 of 2002 vide order dt. l3.l.2003.
 Considering these facts the tribunal has directed

 the respondents to constitute a review committee to
 consider whether the petitioner would be eligible
 for time bound promotion after assessing his C.Rs
 of relevant 5 years. The review committee will now
 consider the claim of the petitioner under relevant
 rules and regulations and G.R.dated 8.6.l995.
 Petition stands disposed of.
