The learned Counsel for the appellant again seeks more time to deposit the rent. It is seen that the interim order was given to them way back in December, 2016 confirmed in February, 2017 and was conditional to their paying of monthly rent. It is now more than two years and there is a lot of arrear amounting to more than Rs.1 lakh which is also confirmed by the respondent. It is noticed that the appellant has been seeking adjournment for some reason or the other for almost a year now and simultaneously have not paid the due rent.
- While I grant two weeks time to the appellants to pay off the entire rent uptodate, by the 15th of April, 2019, I am vacating the interim order
