The learned counsel for the appellant has produced a copy of stay order of Hon’ble Delhi High Court dated 05.05.2018 which has stayed the execution of order dated 28.09.2001. The learned counsel states that this was the COFEPOSA order of detention. He also states that the detention order was never served on him. The learned representative of the respondent was not aware of the said order and he seeks time to take instruction in this regard.
The case is adjourned accordingly to 26th July, 2018.
