The appellant himself appears before me and states that he has made the payment of rent and now he is under financial pressure so he needs some time to pay the balance. He also states that the Competent Authority also had to made certain adjustments for the payments he has already done. He also submitted a copy of a judgment with regard to the detention order under COFEPOSA which has been quashed by Hon’ble High Court vide order dated 10.05.2019. Copy was served on the learned representative for the respondent. The Ld. Representative of the respondent seeks some time to seek instructions in this regard.
List for hearing on 16th July, 2019.
In the meantime, both appellant and the respondent to settle the payment of rent.
