Fresh application has been filed by the appellant for clarification or modification of order dated 6th September, 2018. Issue notice. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent accepts the notice. The prayer made in the application is allowed. As far as cost imposed on the appellant on 6th September, 2018 is concerned, the same has been paid. In continuation with the said order the appellant shall also furnish the financial details/ledger for the year 1996-1997 and 1997-1998. The application is accordingly disposed of.
