Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents No.2 and 3 in acting on my complaint, dated 26-08-2019 and registering the crime against respondents No.5 to 8 as arbitrary, illegal, abdication of the statutory duty cast on him and violate the fundamental rights guaranteed to me under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No. 2 and 3 to act on the compliant, dated 26-08-2019 submitted by me and take action against the respondents No.5 to 8 and pass
