Learned counsel representing Smt.D.Sangeetha Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant/accused appeared through video conference.

Sri S.Syam Sunder Rao, learned Standing Counsel-cumSpecial Public Prosecutor for ACB/respondent/complainant would submit that the appellant is no more and that the prosecution has filed a memo along with a copy of the death certificate, which shows that the appellant died on 16.07.2019. It was also brought to the notice of the Court that no application has been filed by the legal representatives of the deceased appellant as per Section 394 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to continue the appeal.
