None appeared for the appellant/A3.

Sri S.Syam Sunder Rao, learned Standing Counsel-cumSpecial Public Prosecutor for ACB would submit that appellant/A3 is no more and that the prosecution has filed a memo along with a copy of the death certificate showing that appellant died on 28.08.2024. Since then, no one has been appearing for the appellant/A3 in spite of orders of this Court dated 19.01.2026. No application has been filed in respect of the deceasedappellant/A3 under Section 394 of Cr.P.C. seeking leave to continue the appeal.
