None appeared for the revision petitioner/accused as well as respondent No.1/complainant.

Sri C.Panini Somayaji, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State/R2 would submit that upon verification of the information in CIS relating to C.C.No.697 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate at Kurnool would disclose that the case was disposed of on 21.05.2018. He further submitted that the present revision case is filed challenging the docket order in Crl.M.P.No.780 of 2017 in C.C.No.697 of 2016, dated 26.09.2017, whereunder the learned trial Court refused to recall the warrant, but now, as the case itself is disposed of and the criminal revision case become infructuous.
