S.W.(ROR.1)Department dt.30.07.2008 and violative of Article 14,16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to promote the applicants as Superintendent as there is an inadequacy of SC representation in the cadre of Superintendent by implementing and giving effect to the panel of Senior Assistant for the year 2017-2018 as the said panel learnt to have been prepared and approved by 2nd respondent on 28.05.2018 and the names of the applicants are also included in it for their promotion to the category of Superintendent.
