Heard Sri T. Niranjan, learned Standing Counsel appearing^forthe respondents. There is no representation for the petitioner.

As the present writ petition is filed to declare the tender notice dated 31.10.2016, inviting tenders from the catering contractors by the 3'd respondent for running the university canteen in existing in the respondents’ University campus, Kadapa and in view^{ofthefactthatthe} petitioner could not secure any interim order in the present case, this Court is of the opinion that the cause does not survive anymore.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in the Writ Petition, shall also stand closed.
