This Contempt Case is filed for willful violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.22191 of 2023 on 04.09.2023, wherein this Court passed the following interim order:

view of the above said circumstances, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, without going into merits of the case, with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation, dated 10.11.2022 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court that, after filing of the present Contempt Case, in obedience to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.22191 of 2023 dated 04.09.2023, the respondents/contemnors have considered the representation of the petitioner and rejected the same and requested to close the Contempt case.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the said rejection proceedings, if he is aggrieved.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
