The Writ Petition is filed challenging the impugned letter of the 2 nd respondent bearing Lr.No.Dr.NTRUHS/11005/E1C/MBBS/2014, dated 17.05.2014 in refusing to issue of the Original M.B.B.S. Degree to the N, petitioner along with necessary relevant documents in order to enable the petitioner to join the Post Graduation Course in a private college under Management Quota on or before 15.07.2014.

Degree Certificates was already issued to the petitioner along with all necessary relevant documents^{andthereafter,the} petitioner also got enrolled in Post Graduation Course for the academic year 2015-2016.

In view of the same, the cause in the present Writ^{Petitiondoesnot} survive for further adjudication in the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
