Mandal, Anantapur District is arbitrary, illegal, and violation of sections 82, 83 & 84 of Act 1987 and set aside the auction notice Dt.11.07.2015 issued by the 4th respondent in so far as petitioner's land is concerned and consequently direct the Respondents not into disposes the petitioner from his respective possessive land in Sy.No.lOOO-A, 1000-C and 325-E to an extent of Ac.1-77 cents situated, Kanekal Village and Mandal, Anantapur District without determining the Eligibility as per section 82(2) of Act 30 of 1987.
