2 The case of the petitioner in brief is that the petitioner was appointed as single trustee to Sri Hanumantheswara Swamy Temple, Hanumagutti Village, Yarragutia Mandal, Y.S.R Kadapa^{DistrictbytheDeputy} Commissioner of Endowments, Kurnool vide proceedings in Rc.No.B2/3305/2013/Adm, dated 19.12.2013. While so the Assistant Commissioner of Endowments issued the proceedings, dated 10.08.2014 appointing one D.V.Ramana Reddy, E.O for Group temples^{ofYerraguntia} and the petitioner was treated as Ex-Chairman of the^said temple. The petitioner is the only single trustee appointed after^{dueprocessoflaw.} The ordinance No.3/2014, dated 10.08.2014, the Govt Memo No.21900/ENDR.1(2)/2014-1, dated 10.08.2014 and the^{proceedingsofthe} Commissioner, Endowments Department, dated 10.08.2014 are not at all applicable to the facts and circumstances of the case.^{Withoutjurisdictionand} without application of mind, the Asst.Commissioner^issued the impugned

proceedings dated 10.08.2014, which is illegal and arbitrary. Hence, the Writ Petition.

On 09.09.2014, this Court while issuing Rule Nisi, granted interim \ suspension of the proceedings issued by the 4*^ respondent vide Rc.No.A4/3162/2014-1 GnI, dated 10.08.2014.

Heard Ms G.Priyanka, learned counsel representing on^behalfof Mr V.V.Satish, learned counsel for the petitioner and^{thelearnedAssistant} Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for the respondents.

On hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner^{reiteratedthe} averments made in the Writ Petition. Whereas, learned^{AssistantGovernment} Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner was appointed as a Single Trustee to Sri Hanumantheswara Swamy Temple, Hanumanagutty Village, Yerraguntia Mandal, YSR Kadapa District by the Deputy Commissioner, Endowments Department, Kurnool^{on19.12.2013fora} period of 2 years and the petitioner has assumed office^{onadministrationof} oath on 24.01.2014. As the tenure of the petitioner was for a period of two (2) years only and it wasended in 2016 itself, the learned^{AssistantGovernment} Pleader submits that the cause in the present Writ^{Petitiondoesnotsurvive} and it may be closed.

Recording the submissions of the learned Assistant^Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as^to costs.
