The present Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner/complainant to direct the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam for taking cognizance of the offences against the accused in connection with Crime No. 102 of 1997 of Malkapuram Police Station (CID, RCIU, Visakhapatnam), Visakhapatnam City. 2. A perusal of the Memo furnished by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, goes to show that the learned Special Judge under E.C.Act-cum-Principal District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, passed an order, dated 11.07.2019 in C.C.No.21 of 2002 wherein in Para Nos.7 & 8 of the said order it was observed that this Court quashed the proceedings against A1 & A2 vide orders in Crl.P.No.12396 of 2011, dated 13.10.2018. Likewise, A7 was also discharged by the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam in Crl.M.P.No.72 of 2019 under Section 258 Cr.P.C.

Thereafter, in view of quashing of proceedings against A1 & A2 by this Court, the learned Principal District^&Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam vide order, dated 11.07.2019 passed in

C.C.No.21 of 2002 discharged A3 to A6 and A8 & A9. Therefore, the cause in the present criminal revision case does not survive and the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case IS dismissed as infructuous.

Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
