On an earlier occasion i.e., 17.09.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representationon behalf of the appellant and the matter was posted to 27.09.2024under the caption ‘for dismissal’ and thereafter, the matterhas been adjourned for several times.
- Even today also when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not evincing any interest to prosecute the Appeal.
- Learned counsel for the respondent/claimant is presentand insisted for disposal of the Appeal.
- Hence, the appeal is dismissed for default. No orderasto costs.
