ORDER:
The present Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 against the order, dated 29.08.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.705 of 2016 in C.C.No.520 of 2015, passed by the learned III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam, at Gajuwaka, wherein the petition filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 under Section239 Cr.P.C for discharging them for the offences under Sections 417, 420 read with 34 I PC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry ProhibitionAct was dismissed by the trial Court.
- A perusal of the information furnished by the Registry,the main C.C.No.520 of 2015 was disposed on 08.02.2019 by acquitting the accused therein and therefore, the cause in the present criminal revision case does not survive andthematter has become infructuous.
- Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
