ORDER:
The present Criminal Revision Case is filed against the order, dated 12.06.2007 in Crl.M.P.No.1812 of 2007 in C.C.No.270 of 2007 passed by the learned III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam at Gajuwaka, wherein the petition filed by the petitioner/complainant seeking for return of the vehicle was dismissed by the trial Court.
the main case i.e., C.C.No.270 of 2007 was disposed on 10.09.2016 and
therefore, the cause in the present criminal revision case does not survive and the matter would infructuous.
Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
