The present Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner/accused against the order, dated 07.05.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.127 of 2015 in C.C.No.216 of 2009, passed by the learned III Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kakinada, wherein the petition filed by the petitioner/accused to implead PW.3 and LW.4 (Challa Srinivasu) in the charge sheet as A2 and A3 in the said case was dismissed by the trial Court.
Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
