This revision is filed against the order, dated 11.06.2014ⁱⁿ Crl.M.P.No.4547 of 2014 on the file of the learned^VAdditional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tirupati in Crime^No.93of2013- 14 of Excise Tirupati Rural Police Station.

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor that the lorry bearing^No.ABC6719, which was seized in the above crime, was confiscated and subsequently sold by the Excise Department in the year^2014. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor further informed^thata public auction was conducted for the said vehicle and^theauction purchaser has already taken possession of it. Therefore,^nothing survives in this revision.

Accordingly, this criminal revision case is dismissed.

Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand^vacated.
