This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Puttur, to dispose of CC No.750 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible.

Today, when the matter came up for admission, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein/de facto complainant intends to go abroad for doing job and to clear off the debts, hence he prays to direct^the Court below to dispose of the said CC, as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the Criminal Petition with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Puttur, to dispose of CC No.750 of 2022, in accordance^with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this^order.
