O R D E R
This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.2143 of 2018 on the file of the learned V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District.
District to dispose of C.C.No.2143 of 2018 on the ground that respondent No.2 is not cooperating for commencement of the trial and always harping for sending the file to the Lok Adalat for dragging on the matter endlessly. In fact the petitioner Nos.2 and 3 are senior citizens and the petitioner No.3 is suffering from parkinson disease for the last three years and she cannot do her activities without support. Hence, the petitioners herein pray this Court to direct the trial Court to dispose of the said CC, as expeditiously as possible.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
