This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed on behalf of the petitioner/Accused, to quash the proceedings in Crime No.270 of 2022 of Palakoderu Police Station, West Godavari district, punishable under Sections 384 and 506 registered for the offences read with 34IPC. for admission, learned 2. Today, when the matter came up Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the police and filed charge sheet in the above have conducted investigation crime, hence, nothing survives^{foradjudicationintheCriminalPetition} and the matter has become infructuous.
