Ghanta Sridhar, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No. 1 and of Sri. V. R. Reddy Kovvuri, Advocate for the Respondent No. 2.

ORDER:
The present criminal petition is filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to FlR.No.381 of 2018, dated 07.12.2018, of the Badvel Police Station, YSR District and to quash thesame.
Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor furnished a copy of proceedings and submitted that the police referred the aforesaid FIR as false.
In view of the said submission, nothing remains forfurther adjudication in the present criminal petition.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this
Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
