Learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court, for liberty to assail the said charge sheet.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed granting liberty
to the petitioner to assail the charge sheet.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this
