Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that the present criminal petition is filed assailing the FIR and later police have investigated the case and filed the chargesheet.As the police laid the charge sheet before the Court below, hence, nothing remains for further adjudication in the presentcriminal petition.
However, the Criminal Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to assail the charge sheet, if any filed against them.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pendinginthis Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
