The present criminal petition is filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to FIR.No.lO of 2019, dated 31.01.2019, of the C.K.Dinne Police Station, YSR District and to quashthesame.
Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that against the said FIR the police filed the charge sheet and the trial has commenced and the petitioners/accused was acquitted.
In view of the said submission, nothing remains for further adjudication in the present criminal petition.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
